5 Healthy Ways to Care for Your Skin in Florida

The essential nutrients help with circulation and cell metabolism which promote even skin tone and reduce acne and wrinkle formation. Antioxidants can slow down or also reduce skin aging. Moisturizers, lotions, toners, and body oils can help supplement the missing nutrients and provide protection against dust, pollution, and the sun. However, you need to learn everything that you need to learn about the products you buy them and apply to your skin. Skin products that are full of chemicals can clog your skin easily and leave permanent damage. This is a big problem especially if you have sensitive skin. In this case, you might be better off with products that are more natural and contain fewer chemicals. Maybe I have not been taking care of my skin all these years & drink not enough water too therefore i got dry skin & see some pigmentation too. After reading through your tips I should start learning how to look after my skin & body health too. Ithink i would like to try the laser resurfacing too but sis Shirley any recommendation for the skin laser resurfacing.
