( Makes 6 Toasts )
200g Spinach
1 small Tomato ( diced )
½ Baguette ( sliced )
2 tbsp Silver Fish ( optional )
100ml Emborg Cooking Cream
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Lemon Zest
½ tsp Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Butter for toast
Camelina Oil for frying
