I love eating century eggs with tofu or with cold cuts..
ReplyDeleteI miss those days when I always visit chinatown, hope I'll have it's taste once again when I get to the city.
Its a shame that I only enjoy chinese recipes in that specific place hihi
Anyway, thanks for sharing this recipe, Shirley!
It's simple to make, yet century eggs is not too common here in my area now.
So, I'll probably be pinning this so I know when to find it once I have a chance to do this recipe. Who knows, maybe I can bring the taste of chinatown in my home lol ^^

Comparing this with your funky chilled century egg toufu, this one looks much simpler. Although I don't really like dishes serve cold, but this looks really delicious.
ReplyDeleteThis chilled tofu dish sounds great, especially in the warm summer months!
