This is a anyone-can-cook recipe that is almost fail-proof. I bought these Ciabatta from the bakery, cut them the way I want, and stuff them with garlic, butter, cheddar cheese, ham, and simply pop them into my convection oven to grill.

The result is finger lickin' good with a crispy exterior and creamy interior with the cheese oozing out! You can use any type of bread, cheese or ham you like. I picked these ingredients because they are already sitting in my refrigerator. I chose Mushroom Luncheon as I was afraid other types of ham would be too salty since cheese are added here. Try it, it is super easy to make!
