DeleteHonestly I only started to learn to eat Japanese cucumber last year after I started making salad breakfasts for my wife everyday. I saw them in grocery shelves but didn't take a good look after seeing the higher prices but the local restaurants seem to have caught up with the trend to make pickles and decorate the dishes. Now I enjoy eating them like a new fruity vegetable which is crunchy and nice.
ReplyDeleteI will copy your delicious recipe! Kam Siah!
