Ingredients:
700g Medium Tiger Prawns
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Wasabi
1 Lemon ( optional )
Corn flour for coating
Oil for deep frying

Method:

  • Cut off whiskers, and remove prawn head. Gently dispose the outer shell as shown in the image above.
