I love the popular Japanese Pork Ginger dish ( 豚の生姜焼き ), so I had given the recipe a tweak by marinating the pork with Minced Ginger in my cooking and also sprinkled Roasted Sesame Seeds for an added punch. Served with a simple cabbage salad, this makes a great yummy lunch!

Ingredients:
80g Daiso’s Oh My Garlic Shoyu Yaki Seasoning
250g Sukiyaki Pork Belly
150g Cabbage
2 Cherry Tomatoes
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
2 tsp Minced Ginger ( optional )
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Japanese Salad Dressing
