10 slices Smoked Salmon
½ White Radish
1 tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Preserved Red Ginger
1 tbsp Preserved Green Nutmeg
2 tbsp Japanese Vinaigrette Dressing or any other you prefer
- Lay salmon neatly on serving plate.
- Clean and shred radish. Using the shredded radish, form a circle in the middle of the plate, and place the jellyfish in the center.
