According to Feng Shui belief, the positive chi energy in one’s life, environment and living area should be balanced. Hence, Bagua is an essential tool used to map a location to see how the different sections correspond to different aspects in one's life such as fame, marriage, career, and wealth.
1 canned Baby Abalone
8g Pok Chui Biscuits
5 tbsp Chopped Peanuts
5 tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
3 tbsp Shredded Green Nutmeg
3 tbsp Shredded Red Ginger
2 tbsp Dried Orange Peel
2 tbsp Preserved Garlic
3 tbsp Japanese Goma Dressing
3 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Plum Sauce
1 tsp Pepper
- Cut abalone into thin slices.
- Clean and shred carrots and radish. Begin shaping the basic shape of bagua on a serving plate by forming it with shredded carrot and radish. Add abalone, using it to divide the Yin and Yang Bagua.
- Place seasame seeds and peanuts around the bagua.
- Start adding the rest of the ingredients.
