( Serves 3 )
1 Fish Fillet
2 tbsp Miso Paste
1 Unicurd Silken Tofu or any other brand
3 - 4 strips Wakame ( cut )
1 litre Water
Marinade for Fish:
½ tsp Corn Flour
½ tsp Minced Ginger ( optional )
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
- Clean and slice fish. Marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Cut tofu into cubes.
- Bring miso and water to boil, then add wakame.
- Next, throw in fish slices and cook till they turn opaque.
- Add tofu and cook for another minute or so, and your Easy Miso Soup with Fish Fillet and Wakame ( 魚とわかめの味噌汁 ) is done!
