150g Iceberg Lettuce
3 - 4 Canned Baby Abalones
½ Minced Garlic
½ tsp Oyster Sauce
3 tbsp Abalone Broth
1 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine / Shaoxing Hua Diao Wine ( 紹興花雕酒 )
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Rinse lettuce and cut into equal parts.
- Heat oil and saute garlic till fragrant. Add lettuce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
