Chilled Tofu with Century Egg Appetizer Recipe, 凉拌皮蛋豆腐

chilled century egg tofu 凉拌皮蛋豆腐
For the non-Asians, these black eggs may seem unappealing to you. But these preserved eggs, often paired with pickled ginger, are very popular in Chinese cuisines due to their creamy egg-yolk consistency.

  2. I love eating century eggs with tofu or with cold cuts..
I miss those days when I always visit chinatown, hope I'll have it's taste once again when I get to the city.
Its a shame that I only enjoy chinese recipes in that specific place hihi

Anyway, thanks for sharing this recipe, Shirley!
It's simple to make, yet century eggs is not too common here in my area now.
So, I'll probably be pinning this so I know when to find it once I have a chance to do this recipe. Who knows, maybe I can bring the taste of chinatown in my home lol ^^
