With the CNY fast approaching, I'll be sharing some of Luxury Haven's popular Chinese New Year recipes from today, so don't forget to share and save them for easy reference!

For the non-Asian, Yu Sheng is a popular auspicious dish during the Chinese New Year whereby diners toss this Raw Fish Salad for good luck and to welcome the Lunar New Year. The name " Yu Sheng ", is also known as " Prosperity Toss ", or " Lo Hei ".

Well, you can learn more about this dish at Chinese New Year Lo Hei Auspicious Salmon Yu Sheng (发财鱼生).
