1 box of Prima Taste Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce
12 medium Prawns
2 beaten Eggs
2 sprigs of Thyme leaves (optional)
500 ml Water
1 tbsp Oil
- Prepare seafood for cooking. Fry the paste with oil, and add prawns first.
- Throw in the rest of the seafood and add 470 ml of water. Mix Chilli Crab Premix with 30 ml water in a bowl and add to seafood. Cover and simmer till shellfish opens. Discard unopened ones.
- Turn off fire and pour in beaten eggs and thyme.
- Mix well and serve your Seafood Delight with fragrant rice or bread!
