ETNA Italian Restaurant. The warm bread was filled with creamy Mascarpone Cheese and Truffles! It was truly delightful, and I've been looking forward to replicate the appetizer since.
8 - 10 Cocktail Sausages
1 pkt Smoked Salmon (75g)
1 bunch of fresh Salad Greens (depending on how much greens you like in the pita)
2 tbsp Philadelphia Cheese in each Pita
1 tsp of Olive Oil
Truffle oil to drizzle
- Heat oil and pan fry sausages till brown or you can also grill them in the oven.
- Cut Pita into half, open up the pockets, and put them into the microwave to warm.
- Spread cheese inside pita.
- Fill in the rest of the ingredients and add more cheese if preferred. Drizzle truffle oil and serve your delectable Smoked Salmon and Sausage Pita with Truffle Oil!
