Crunchy Chinese-style Stir-fry Vegetables with Seafood

stir fry vegetables with seafood recipe
What's for dinner tonight! I decided to go Asian and whip up some Chinese food. I enjoy vegetables and especially love crunchy ones like sweet beans, asparagus, carrots and chestnuts. What do you think of this colourful Stir-fry Vegetables with Seafood combination?

I made these Crispy Salted Egg-yolk Calamari recently if you recall. It was a pity the pretty criss-cross patterns on the squids were completely disguised by the salted egg-yolk.

This time, I used some of the leftover frozen squids to add into my vegetable dish. Look how beautifully these squids turned out!

Cooking the vegetables is easy too. Adding these crunchy greens to the prawns and squids, and stir-frying them with Chinese Oyster Sauce certainly give you a very flavourful dish.
