Do you know that Hello Kitty (ハローキティ) doesn't have a mouth? That's because Kitty-chan speaks from the heart, and Sanrio likes people to be happy or sad together with Hello Kitty. I shall now let my Valentine's Day Caviar Ice-Cream Cones speak through the eyes of Hello Kitty!

(Serves 5)
Ingredients:
5 Ice-cream cones
5 Hard-boiled Eggs
7 tbsp Mayonnaise or Sour Cream
½ Onion (diced)
½ Parsley Flakes
Ground Black pepper to taste
Chopped Spring Onions for topping

Method:
    aladdin ice cream cone recipe
  • Tie your favourite colour ribbons on the cones. I'm using Aladdin ice-cream cones that are easily available in local supermarkets.

  • Dice and mash your eggs. Mix eggs with all other ingredients. Chill and scoop onto ice-cream cone when ready to serve.

  • Top with the lavish Caviar!
