Now, the recipe for these lovely Christmas Coffee Jellies! They tasted real yummy with the Hazelnut #Baileys Irish Cream. I ordered these beautiful #BodumPavina double-wall thermo glasses from USA some time ago. Don’t you think the desserts look gorgeous in these glasses too?

(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
1 pkt Coffee Jelly available in Japanese supermarkets
4 Strawberries
4 cream wafers
40ml Baileys Irish Cream (Hazelnut)
Desiccated Coconut for snowflakes effect
Mint leaves for presentation

Method:
  • Cook jelly according to packet instructions. Transfer into 4 glasses. Cool and refrigerate to set.

  • Remove leaves from strawberries and cut off the top. Rinse. Make about 4 – 5 slits, ¾ into strawberry for pretty pattern.

  • Remove jellies from fridge, and pour in 10ml of Baileys into each glass.

  35. beautiful dessert paired with beautiful spoons ! the Christmas Coffee Jellies in Bailey’s Irish Cream Dessert really look appetizing enough to sell in a restaurant . the most successful i have done is only coating apples with the melted chocolates and decorated them with peanuts and rainbow sprinkles . i tend to eat my desserts with any spoon i can find but with these degrenne moka spoons i can change my eating habit by eating my dessert slowly and enjoying the taste of it rather than gulping it down .
