DBS Masterclass At AFC Studio, I was truly delighted to receive an invitation from the int'l award-winning chef to dine at his Italian restaurant after we met for the 2nd time during the #RestaurantWeek!
OSO Ristorante. What we thought to be a comfortable–sized dining hall turned out to be much bigger than we’d imagined.
Soon, we were greeted by the busy Chef Diego, who had kindly prepared a customized menu for my family. We were also introduced to his partner, Stephane Colleoni, who is responsible for the daily operations at #OSORistorante.
* Note: As this is a specially-crafted menu for my family, the Truffle Rissoto in their Ala Carte menu doesn’t come with truffle shavings. If you don’t already know, the King of all Fungi is notoriously pricey. My family enjoyed the rissoto very much & only have one complaint - we couldn't get enough!
Combining authentic Italian cuisine with fine wine & cheese, plus stellar service, care & attention were put into every aspect of dining experience despite the busy hours. We also noticed that quite a handful were regular diners, & the dining hall staff greeted them like old friends. Complete with welcoming staff, their service was as refined as their sparkling glassware. Rating: ★★★★☆
