Happy Call Pan Honey-Coffee Popcorn Recipe

Have you heard of the high-end Garrett Popcorn? I'm not a fan of popcorns especially Caramel, but Garrett got me totally sold with their version; it's like no others! To tell the truth, I've only sampled their free popcorns & love their "Caramel" ones. They're sweet, but has a tinge of bitterness. The only reason that has stopped me from buying, is their sky-high prices. So the only way out is to DIY!

Hubby & I were speculating what special ingredient was added that made the Caramel Popcorn has a slight bitter taste. Then an idea hit me! Coffee Powder! Yes, I would try adding coffee inside my popcorn!

Of course, both hubby & son thought I was crazy! Then came the day that got me all excited! It's school holiday & what a good timing to have another mother & son bonding session. Jon & I decided to make Popcorns with our Happy Call Pan! No mess in the kitchen at all with this wonderful kitchen gadget! Jon did all the cooking & for once, I was the camera man!

Jon preferred to stick to his Buttered Popcorns & I wanted my Coffee Popcorn! To make my sweet & bitter popcorn, I also added Honey to it. The result was fantastic & we had more than we bargained for! Both of us were happy; each of us had our own tub of Popcorns - no fighting! Errrr, but of course, Jon tried to snatch some of mine when he finished his. Lol!  So c'mon, let's have some fun!

Ingredients:
¼ cup Corn Kernels
2 tbsp Cooking Oil

3 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Honey
½ pkt Coffee powder

2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Coffee Powder
