Duo of Custard & Pan Seared Foie Gras had the guests salivating at their tables. I was drooling as I watched the Chef cut up the goose liver, pan-frying some while blending the rest to make into a custard. The exquisite French cuisine was served together with Chateauneuf du Pape Rouge 2006. The Red is complex with touch of cherry, blackberry, blackcurrent & spice like black pepper.
Chef Julian's "Signature" Caramelized Chocolate Mousse. Accompanying the dessert was the full-bodied Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee des Cadette 2006.
