(Makes 2 cups)
½ cup of Pumpkin (diced)
¼ cup of Green peas
4 tbsp Tuna flakes
3 tbsp Salad cream
1 tbsp Sunflower oil
Dash of Pepper
- Steam the vegetables till soft.
- Gently mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Spoon the mixture into pumpkin cups & you’re done!
