Have A Bowl Of Fragrant Pumpkin Rice

I was introduced to this delicious rice by my mom recently. These #PumpkinRice can be found at quite a few foodcourts in S'pore selling double-boiled soups. I fell it love with it immediately & I knew I just have to make this at home too. The result: We love it!

  4. Nava, this is not fried rice at all. It's much healthier as it's steamed.

  19. That looks so simple and yet looks very tempting and delicious. I need a big bowl :D So sorry, Shirley, I have not been dropping by. Too many things catching up on me. I do need 48 hours a day :D Having said that, Candy Crush Saga is a good way to de-stress....haha. But sadly, I often burnt my food cos of it :D It's not good to play when cooking. But then it's a good way to kill time while waiting for food to boil or cook. Trust everything is well on your side, with tonnes of fun.
