1 red Capsicum (flowers)
1 green Capsicum (leaves)
250g minced Pork
2 tsp Pine nuts
2 tsp Black bean paste
1 tsp minced Ginger
½ tsp minced Garlic
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Chinese wine
½ tsp Corn flour
1 tbsp Cooking oil
Pepper to taste
- Marinate pork with bean paste, pepper and flour for an hour. Set aside.
- Wash Capsicums and remove seeds. Make flower and leaf patterns using moulds. Dice the remaining bell peppers.
- Heat oil and sauteed garlic and ginger. Add pork and stir-fry for about 3 mins. Put in diced Capsicums and half of Pine nuts, sesame oil, wine and continue cooking for another 2 mins.
- Dish pork into bowl and press hard. Overturn pork onto plate and top with remaining nuts. Decorate with flowers and leaves and you’re ready to impress your guests!
